Koh Klang Island

"Adventures are the best way to learn."

Day 3 in Krabi was spent at Koh Klang Island! First, we had to ride the bot to get there, which gave us a beautiful view. Koh Klang is an island with a primarily Muslim community. They fish, make rice, and do art. And we got to learn about all of them!

Riding on a boat like this was way smoother than yesterday!
 Koh Klang Island!
Rayna, Becca and me riding in a mini TukTuk.

This is how you grind rice, Thai style. (Not to brag, but I was really good at it. Even Pat said so.)
The country side of the island was beautiful. Literally something out of the travel channel. And riding in the TukTuk was my favorite way of transportation so far!
Hui explaining to us what Bankit art is.
Special paint on fabric. The design is made of wax, and then you paint inside the lines.
We all got to try our own!

 Lunch was at the fishery!
We got to see lots of different types of fish, including a puffer fish!
After the fishery, we took the TukTuk's to the resort where we would be staying that night. We had the entire afternoon and evening to relax and just enjoy the resort.
 The view from our balcony.
That building there is the lobby!
Me and Julia's room. There's an outdoor shower!
This pool overlooks the beach!

What a great relaxing day in Krabi!
